GSW Worldwide Honored at CLIO Healthcare Awards
Leading Global Agency Takes Home Two Awards
COLUMBUS, Ohio –November 15, 2010– GSW Worldwide, an inVentiv Health company and one of the largest healthcare advertising agencies in the world, was awarded silver and bronze honors at the second annual 2010 CLIO Healthcare Awards, an extension of The CLIO Awards, one of the world’s most recognized award competitions for advertising, design and interactive media. The awards were announced on November 12 in New York City.
GSW Worldwide was nominated in three categories for direct to professional communications: direct mail, poster, and print. The agency won two awards for Dyax Corporation’s Kalbitor®, “When the Body Attacks Itself,” taking home silver in the poster category (Throat, Stomach and Hand campaign) and bronze in the print category (Throat). The award-winning campaign shows gripping images of human hands attacking the throat, stomach and hand, emulating the pain felt when an individual who suffers from hereditary angioedema suffers an attack.
